After having played for 4 minutes, Valdir Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandelocos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdir Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Valdir Garcia notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Balus Treter's Battista Tünnissen. Battista Tünnissen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 10 minutes into the game, Claudinei Nascimento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bandelocos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balus Treter the free kick. 17 minutes into the game, Valdir Garcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Battista Tünnissen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Battista Tünnissen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Dowdall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nilson do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Bokan in the 26th minute of the match. Battista Tünnissen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdir Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Valdir Garcia put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Battista Tünnissen. In the 33rd minute Billy Dowdall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Battista Tünnissen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Valdir Garcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Battista Tünnissen was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Balus Treter's goalkeeper Battista Tünnissen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdir Garcia was the one to do the kick off. Battista Tünnissen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valdir Garcia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 51 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdir Garcia in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Battista Tünnissen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guillermo Bertran struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Battista Tünnissen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bandelocos. After a rather tough play, Bandelocos's Claudinei Nascimento got a free kick in the 77th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdir Garcia in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Battista Tünnissen saved Balus Treter from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Valdir Garcia took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Battista Tünnissen to make any attempt to save it. 85 minutes into the game, Valdir Garcia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Battista Tünnissen. Valdir Garcia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. Battista Tünnissen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Guilherme Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Battista Tünnissen didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 89th minute, which inside left pole to 0-12. Billy Dowdall blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Battista Tünnissen having to make a save. 94 minutes into the game, Valdir Garcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Battista Tünnissen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bandelocos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
