After 4 played minutes Khachatryan got a freekick which was hit by Kurtis Wooten. 5 minutes into the match, Khachatryan's goalkeeper Tigran Balayan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jörn Fagrell. The corner led Hisingen IK's Robert Gustavsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Tigran Balayan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 8th minute, Alex Raţiu made a precise shot to the right of Einar Jernberg. Hisingen IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Khachatryan's Arno Martirosyan in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hisingen IK's goalie prevented a goal. Einar Jernberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arno Martirosyan in the 22nd minute of the match. Einar Jernberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurtis Wooten, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Khachatryan booed when Hisingen IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Mikaelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Avetisyan in the 25th minute of play. After having played for 26 minutes, Arno Martirosyan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khachatryan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arno Martirosyan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Khachatryan fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Khachatryan's Arno Martirosyan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Einar Jernberg came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Khachatryan's Arno Martirosyan. But to his dismay, Arno Martirosyan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 42ndth minute of the game Arno Martirosyan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 43rd minute Arno Martirosyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Jernberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Robin Sjöberg fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hisingen IK's protests and gave Robin Sjöberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th match minute, Hisingen IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. Arno Martirosyan scored 0-6 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Einar Jernberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Abel Avetisyan struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Einar Jernberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Khachatryan. Einar Jernberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurtis Wooten in the 54th minute of the match. When Hans Brun fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hisingen IK's protests and gave Hans Brun a yellow card for diving instead. Hans Brun kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Abel Avetisyan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Kurtis Wooten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Einar Jernberg having to interfere. Einar Jernberg stood somewhat misplaced when Manuel Stepanyan came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 66 minute. Hisingen IK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Manuel Stepanyan scored to the left of an out of position Einar Jernberg, making the score, 0-9. After a rather tough play, Hisingen IK's Hans Brun got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Einar Jernberg made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Arno Martirosyan sent off a good shot on target. Manuel Stepanyan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Einar Jernberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Robin Sjöberg hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When Khachatryan's Manuel Stepanyan in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hisingen IK's goalie prevented a goal. Khachatryan's Tommy Landis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 85th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Einar Jernberg but with some difficulty. With a little luck, Hisingen IK's Einar Jernberg got control of the ball when Arno Martirosyan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Khachatryan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
