Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Tolek Mlekodaj started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Albino Maiorga was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Honorio Efraim. Sport Club Mavericks's Telmo de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Mlekodaj in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Honorio Efraim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sport Club Mavericks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Tolek Mlekodaj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Telmo de Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Telmo de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolek Mlekodaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When Honorio Efraim came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Sport Club Mavericks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Efraim couldn't finish the play. Albino Maiorga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Efraim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albino Maiorga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jhonatan Calleri in the 22nd minute. If Santo Gonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albino Maiorga was a little too slow when Jhonatan Calleri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 35th minute Santo Gonzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telmo de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jhonatan Calleri in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Albino Maiorga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Ton Meulman fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's protests and gave Ton Meulman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, Ton Meulman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga got control of the ball when Jhonatan Calleri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Albino Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Coelho in the 56th minute of play. Albino Maiorga came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Sport Club Mavericks's Luís Gustavo Coelho. But to his dismay, Luís Gustavo Coelho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Sport Club Mavericks were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Honorio Efraim took the corner. Sport Club Mavericks's Honorio Efraim was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Albino Maiorga in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. During the 61st minute of the match Ton Meulman completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ton Meulman a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Albino Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Efraim in the 64th minute of play. If Tolek Mlekodaj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albino Maiorga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serginho Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the game, Ademar Cosme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sport Club Mavericks the free kick. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Osman Ali Fidan was substituted for Santo Gonzo. Ademar Cosme hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Romário Senadović came free, but Albino Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Maiorga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Efraim, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The audience was convinced that Honorio Efraim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albino Maiorga was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Romário Senadović hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Telmo de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Pomelov, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88th match minute, Sport Club Mavericks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ong Mathews to maneuver through the defense. Honorio Efraim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, João Paulo de Sena notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga. Albino Maiorga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Sport Club Mavericks booed when Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ademar Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
