Tuncer Polathan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Cuartas in the 11th minute of play. Tuncer Polathan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guo Hao Chen in the 12th minute of the match. A collision led to Tapa Red F.C getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Caradaro Rossell hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Modesto Caetano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santos de Buenos Aires FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Modesto Caetano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tuncer Polathan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 23rd match minute, Tapa Red F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiago Herro to maneuver through the defense. Modesto Caetano, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Modesto Caetano might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tuncer Polathan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Modesto Caetano ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, Tapa Red F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Guo Hao Chen came free, but Tuncer Polathan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guo Hao Chen in the 32nd minute of play forced Tapa Red F.C's goalkeeper Tuncer Polathan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Guo Hao Chen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tuncer Polathan. Tapa Red F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guo Hao Chen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 46 minutes into the game, Tiago Herro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After a rather tough play, Tapa Red F.C's Tiago Herro got a free kick in the 46th minute. Santos de Buenos Aires FC's Modesto Caetano couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tapa Red F.C. The Tapa Red F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Santos de Buenos Aires FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guo Hao Chen to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Santos de Buenos Aires FC's Guo Hao Chen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tuncer Polathan. That made the score 0-2 after 54 minutes of play. When the final whistle sounded Santos de Buenos Aires FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tapa Red F.C.
