Ermegildo Berdaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francis Aberle, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Deuce Athletic Club's Sergio Chorche got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Marcelino Uxio hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute Lukas Schallberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Berdaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francis Aberle received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ermegildo Berdaitz came out and tried to block the shot, but Francis Aberle slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 28th minute. A collision led to Deuce Athletic Club getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Vicente Acevedo hit a great ball. Deuce Athletic Club's Ermegildo Berdaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Deuce Athletic Club from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Hitz in the 38th minute of play forced Fire Devils's goalkeeper Walter Fransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Fransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Hitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
