In the 13th minute Eusébio Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Makis Efthimiadis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Edson Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Anthimos Farmakatos came free, but Giovanni Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Makis Efthimiadis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tostão Cardoso in the 26th minute. Makis Efthimiadis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joga Redondo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Alberto Melo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Makis Efthimiadis. GOD OF WAR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Melo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. But to his dismay, Eusébio Godoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, Edson Futebol Clube's Kléber Alagoano got a free kick in the 45th minute. Fanis Paouris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
If Fanis Paouris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the game, Edson Futebol Clube's Alberto Melo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Makis Efthimiadis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Edson Futebol Clube's João Augusto Munhoz was substituted for Eusébio Godoi. 61 minutes into the match, Tostão Cardoso notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of GOD OF WAR's Makis Efthimiadis. Makis Efthimiadis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that João Augusto Munhoz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Makis Efthimiadis was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Melo in the 65th minute of play forced GOD OF WAR's goalkeeper Makis Efthimiadis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 minutes, João Augusto Munhoz made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. GOD OF WAR's Makis Efthimiadis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. GOD OF WAR's Makis Efthimiadis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Munhoz in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, GOD OF WAR's Anthimos Farmakatos got a free kick in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Edson Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Fanis Paouris came free, but Giovanni Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giovanni Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fanis Paouris in the 95th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Edson Futebol Clube had played much better football throughout.
