Halis İlbilge charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Halis İlbilge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 3 played minutes AKHisaR got a freekick which was hit by Halis İlbilge. After a rather tough play, AKHisaR's Halis İlbilge got a free kick in the 4th minute. 4 minutes into the match, POZANTI SPOR's Behram Çubukcu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Egemen Toralp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Halis İlbilge hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. POZANTI SPOR's Behram Çubukcu got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of POZANTI SPOR booed when AKHisaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Galip Beşer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Ege Onursoy made a precise shot to the right of Egemen Toralp. AKHisaR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, POZANTI SPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Ramazan Afacan came free, but Tayfur Muhlis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, POZANTI SPOR's goalkeeper Tayfur Muhlis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baran Alp Kose. In the 35th minute Yakup Hacıoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayfur Muhlis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 played minutes AKHisaR got a freekick which was hit by Ramazan Afacan. After 44 minutes, Galip Beşer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AKHisaR and the POZANTI SPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Galip Beşer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, AKHisaR's goal looked a bit too open when Ege Onursoy came free, but Egemen Toralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 53 played minutes, AKHisaR's İlyas Tolga Aras shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tayfur Muhlis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AKHisaR reached it. A collision led to AKHisaR getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Galip Beşer hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, POZANTI SPOR's Behram Çubukcu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 57 minutes into the game, Paşa Ali Tecen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. POZANTI SPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AKHisaR the free kick. In the 62nd match minute, AKHisaR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Galip Beşer to maneuver through the defense. After 64 played minutes POZANTI SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Paşa Ali Tecen. After a defensive mix-up in AKHisaR's zone, Ege Onursoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egemen Toralp came out of the goal and Ege Onursoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AKHisaR's Oğuzhan Yönet was substituted for Beyhan Ongut. In the 72nd minute Yakup Hacıoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayfur Muhlis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AKHisaR's Egemen Toralp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save AKHisaR from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute of the match POZANTI SPOR got a corner. AKHisaR's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Behram Çubukcu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led POZANTI SPOR's Behram Çubukcu to fire away a dangerous shot which Egemen Toralp despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dries Mertens in the 82nd minute of play forced AKHisaR's goalkeeper Egemen Toralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AKHisaR's Egemen Toralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dries Mertens in the 84th minute of play. After 85 played minutes AKHisaR got a freekick which was hit by Halis İlbilge. In the 86th minute, Galip Beşer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AKHisaR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Utku Yanar scored to the left of an out of position Egemen Toralp, making the score, 1-2. 93 minutes into the game, Dries Mertens lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Egemen Toralp. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched POZANTI SPOR eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
