In the 27th minute Ferry Hebels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Orcondona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hannibal Lecter made in the 31st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ferry Hebels however managed to control. If Ferry Hebels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36thth minute of the game Ferry Hebels who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Philadelphia Union FC's Dominic Orcondona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 37 minutes Philadelphia Union FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Iwo Wietrzychowski who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ferry Hebels almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Philadelphia Union FC's Dominic Orcondona did a great save. Hannibal Lecter got a throw-in 39 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ferry Hebels.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodosio Johans made a kick off. A collision led to Philadelphia Union FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. If Ferry Hebels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dominic Orcondona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Johans in the 84th minute of the match. Buitenhout FC's Maximino Cristofanini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Renato Mandrak in the 85th minute of play. In the 85th minute Paulo Renato Mandrak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Cristofanini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Cristofanini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Renato Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximino Cristofanini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Renato Mandrak in the 86th minute of play.
