The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Derwin Bao helped the player get up and apologised. Gaitano Mori kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Hector Cordarell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The Laion Social Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charro Velandia should have stopped the shot. Hector Cordarell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Charro Velandia made a huge save. In the 36th minute, La Cosa Nostra's Leonel Rafe ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Charro Velandia. Charro Velandia yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. 40 minutes into the match, Laion Social Club's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Urritz came free, but Charro Velandia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Leonel Rafe came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the La Cosa Nostra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonel Rafe couldn't finish the play. Lop Cabriada charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lop Cabriada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 48 played minutes La Cosa Nostra got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Jatsu. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vachon Blas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Lop Cabriada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Berdoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charro Velandia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Urritz in the 82nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Laion Social Club's Vachon Blas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francisco Berdoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Vachon Blas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 90th minute, Casimiro Pacorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute Vachon Blas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Berdoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hector Cordarell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La Cosa Nostra walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
