The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Laion Social Club's goal looked a bit too open when Nikifor Smochevski came free, but Charro Velandia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikifor Smochevski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Charro Velandia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charro Velandia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bozhko Pavurdzhiev in the 18th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Txilar Negral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laion Social Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VN BAKITO the free kick. Natal Arrieta's late challenge caught a VN BAKITO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natal Arrieta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, Laion Social Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natal Arrieta to maneuver through the defense. After 31 played minutes Laion Social Club got a freekick which was hit by Natal Arrieta. In the 37th minute, Laion Social Club's Celipe Fortis seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Celipe Fortis the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Laion Social Club protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Celipe Fortis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Laion Social Club:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of VN BAKITO:s goal. Charro Velandia came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by VN BAKITO's Velyo Prodanov. But to his dismay, Velyo Prodanov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Laion Social Club booed when VN BAKITO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pencho Dulev didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half VN BAKITO were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Bozhko Pavurdzhiev made the kick off in the second half. Charro Velandia made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Bozhko Pavurdzhiev sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, VN BAKITO's Petko Strilyov got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 67 played minutes VN BAKITO got a freekick which was hit by Rostislav Benov. Charro Velandia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velyo Prodanov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, VN BAKITO's Pencho Dulev dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Charro Velandia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velyo Prodanov in the 81st minute of the match. Mino Canal hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Nikifor Smochevski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Charro Velandia made a huge save. In the 90th minute, Vachon Blas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute of the match Rostislav Benov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charro Velandia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. VN BAKITO's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
