The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Silvio Mendiko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baba Ba, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 12 minutes into the game, Horacio Chap was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ★ IL TORO ★'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ajax Colombiano the free kick. A collision led to ★ IL TORO ★ getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Horacio Chap hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joppe Hvenegaard in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvio Mendiko saved ★ IL TORO ★ from getting behind. Isidoro Pereyra charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidoro Pereyra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ★ IL TORO ★'s Isidoro Pereyra got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Ajax Colombiano's Florinio Corro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Florinio Corro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ajax Colombiano protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Florinio Corro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 19th minute, Florinio Corro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvio Mendiko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivon Gasca, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 23 minutes of play, Ajax Colombiano's Baba Ba made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvio Mendiko was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 26 played minutes Ajax Colombiano got a freekick which was hit by Rayman Rioseras. The audience was convinced that Ivon Gasca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Mendiko was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Silvio Mendiko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baba Ba's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute, Lisandro Erasto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 39 minutes, Ivon Gasca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ajax Colombiano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivon Gasca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the ★ IL TORO ★ defense, Ivon Gasca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvio Mendiko. The ★ IL TORO ★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvio Mendiko should have stopped the shot. After the first half Ajax Colombiano were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 54th play minute Baba Ba came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Silvio Mendiko. 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baba Ba got free with Silvio Mendiko in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of ★ IL TORO ★ booed when Ajax Colombiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Ferman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the game, Lisandro Erasto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ★ IL TORO ★'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ajax Colombiano the free kick. A collision led to ★ IL TORO ★ getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Lisandro Erasto hit a great ball. Baba Ba let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 65th minute shot 0-6 at rihgt post. The audience was convinced that Baba Ba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Mendiko was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 69th minute Ajax Colombiano were awarded a corner. Ivon Gasca went to the cornerflag to take it. After a defensive mix-up in Ajax Colombiano's zone, Silvano Rutenio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenz Ureta came out of the goal and Silvano Rutenio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Ajax Colombiano's Silvio Mendiko threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Baba Ba, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Silvio Mendiko came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Ajax Colombiano's Ivon Gasca. But to his dismay, Ivon Gasca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. After 86 played minutes Baba Ba rounded ★ IL TORO ★'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-8. If Baba Ba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joppe Hvenegaard was extremely unlucky when he, in the 91st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Lorenz Ureta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Orti in the 96th minute of the match. Ajax Colombiano played a much better game than ★ IL TORO ★ and deserved their victory. The ★ IL TORO ★ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
