Mikolaj Marchewka might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Fábio Silveira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flamengo FSCMZ's Luís Fábio Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyprian Kisielka in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half Goral Zywiec were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aquiles Leonidas made a kick off. In the 60th minute, Miroslaw Joks reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luís Fábio Silveira. The goal made the score 0-4. Mikolaj Marchewka who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Luís Fábio Silveira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 70th minute, Goral Zywiec's Teofil Czajka dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Teofil Czajka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Luís Fábio Silveira made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leon Brudnicki during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Flamengo FSCMZ booed when Goral Zywiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Brudnicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Goral Zywiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cyprian Kisielka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leszek Pruss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luiz Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Goral Zywiec getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Teofil Czajka hit a great ball. The Flamengo FSCMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Goral Zywiec were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
