In the 4th minute, Kacper Naskrent got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mean Machine were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Sarı kaya FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Petros Kammenos took the corner. After taking down the ball on Mean Machine's corner Petros Kammenos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Furkan Gurbet quite easily take care of the ball. In the 10th minute Christian Mattei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Gurbet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kacper Naskrent in the 13th minute of play forced Sarı kaya FK's goalkeeper Furkan Gurbet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute of the match Mean Machine got a corner. Sarı kaya FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Petros Kammenos ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Christian Mattei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mean Machine's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Mattei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Furkan Gurbet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Yaser Memduh took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Thanasis Vrasidas to make any attempt to save it. In the 22nd minute Mean Machine were awarded a corner. Petros Kammenos went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Petros Kammenos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Furkan Gurbet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 25 minutes into the match, Hyllos Hagias notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Sarı kaya FK's Furkan Gurbet. Furkan Gurbet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the game, Christian Mattei cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Furkan Gurbet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute Kacper Naskrent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Furkan Gurbet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mean Machine booed when Sarı kaya FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nurettin Denizer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Mattei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Furkan Gurbet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Sarı kaya FK's Mustafa Necati Başok sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thanasis Vrasidas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mustafa Necati Başok was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match, Hyllos Hagias tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Furkan Gurbet saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Furkan Gurbet acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 56th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Petros Kammenos. 59 minutes into the match, Sarı kaya FK's goalkeeper Furkan Gurbet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kacper Naskrent. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Sarı kaya FK's goalkeeper Furkan Gurbet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 64 minutes into the game, Loukas Mastoras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mean Machine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarı kaya FK the free kick. In the 65th minute, Loukas Mastoras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanasis Vrasidas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Necati Başok, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 70th minute Yaser Memduh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thanasis Vrasidas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sarı kaya FK's Furkan Gurbet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Mattei in the 74th minute of play. Yaser Memduh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thanasis Vrasidas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Mert Başarman hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Kacper Naskrent had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Furkan Gurbet. Sarı kaya FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kacper Naskrent was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Kacper Naskrent could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Furkan Gurbet made a huge save. 89 minutes into the game, Mean Machine's Kacper Naskrent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Furkan Gurbet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Mean Machine's Miltiadis Poursaitidis got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kacper Naskrent's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Furkan Gurbet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Mean Machine left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sarı kaya FK.
