Thanks to some nice moves Zhuo Cheng Xiang could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Gul Keep however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zhuo Cheng Xiang got free with Gul Keep in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Garlic Eaters's Gul Keep played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Guilherme Trancoso in the 27th minute of play. Gul Keep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Guilherme Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Luís Guilherme Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gul Keep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Garlic Eaters's Gul Keep got control of the ball when Luís Guilherme Trancoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pereiras FC's Vânderson Botelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Hurren in the 34th minute of play. Gul Keep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Isidoro in the 36th minute of play. Albert Crawshaw kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 46th minute James Tuck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vânderson Botelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Pereiras FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Gez Barber scored to the left of an out of position Vânderson Botelho, making the score, 1-1. Gez Barber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vânderson Botelho having to interfere.
