The supporters of Trindade Atlético Club booed when Marshrose was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jake Perrault didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edu Nóbrega charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edu Nóbrega the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Trindade Atlético Club getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Edu Nóbrega hit a great ball. Bara Miss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Blair Mélançon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edmílson Britto, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bara Miss in the 27th minute of play forced Trindade Atlético Club's goalkeeper Edmílson Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmílson Britto came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Marshrose's Bara Miss. But to his dismay, Bara Miss quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Trindade Atlético Club's goalkeeper Edmílson Britto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Trindade Atlético Club's Edmílson Britto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Trindade Atlético Club from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute, Bara Miss reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edmílson Britto. The goal made the score 3-0. Yan Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carson Kilgore having to interfere. Carson Kilgore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Paes in the 41st minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Sammie Laderoute was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marshrose's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trindade Atlético Club the free kick. Sammie Laderoute kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Jame Gilliam charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jame Gilliam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Marshrose getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jame Gilliam hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bara Miss to make the kick off. Bara Miss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jake Perrault hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 58th play minute Cássio Paes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Carson Kilgore. 3-1. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trindade Atlético Club's goalkeeper Edmílson Britto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marshrose's Jame Gilliam got his second yellow card of the match in the 69th minute. The referee ordered Jame Gilliam off the ground. Jame Gilliam hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Edmílson Britto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bara Miss in the 74th minute of play. Trindade Atlético Club's Edu Nóbrega got his second yellow card of the match in the 81st minute. The referee ordered Edu Nóbrega off the ground. In the 83rd minute, Edu Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th match minute, Marshrose was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sammie Laderoute to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Marshrose's zone, Cássio Paes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carson Kilgore came out of the goal and Cássio Paes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Trindade Atlético Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Marshrose.
