Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilco Owusu Abeyie started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, PLURAL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Machado to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Pang Xun Chen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PLURAL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio Caiado in the 12th minute of play forced Seagulls's goalkeeper Jan-Joost Smeekes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Nuno Taveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pang Xun Chen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of PLURAL booed when Seagulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogier Veninga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute of the match Pang Xun Chen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan-Joost Smeekes skillfully saved the ball. In the 20th minute, Paulo Velasques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Caio Caiado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leandro Falcão charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leandro Falcão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan-Joost Smeekes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pang Xun Chen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 minutes of play, PLURAL's Pang Xun Chen made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Joost Smeekes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jan-Joost Smeekes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pang Xun Chen's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Jan-Joost Smeekes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Caiado, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Seagulls's zone, Pang Xun Chen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Joost Smeekes came out of the goal and Pang Xun Chen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Caio Caiado to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by PLURAL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan Harmens was slow to take the kick. During this time Seagulls's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Seagulls's Jan Harmens to fire away a dangerous shot which Caio Coutinho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jan-Joost Smeekes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caio Caiado, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the game, Leal Figueiredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PLURAL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seagulls the free kick. Jan-Joost Smeekes came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by PLURAL's Caio Caiado. But to his dismay, Caio Caiado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. If Carsten Klaasens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PLURAL's Caio Coutinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save PLURAL from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes in the game, Paulo Velasques dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After having played for 79 minutes, Pang Xun Chen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PLURAL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pang Xun Chen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Caio Caiado came free, but Jan-Joost Smeekes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio Caiado in the 83rd minute of play. Paulo Velasques struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Jan-Joost Smeekes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PLURAL. Carsten Klaasens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Caio Coutinho made a huge save. Paulo Velasques took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan-Joost Smeekes. Jan-Joost Smeekes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 95th match minute, PLURAL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pang Xun Chen to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Seagulls booed when PLURAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Mafra didn't get a good kick on the ball.
