After 10 minutes, Iosif Pantelatos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RO Army V55 and the LKS Wasik Lidzbark players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes RO Army V55 got a freekick which was hit by Iosif Pantelatos. Alfred Bara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Helmuth Duckadam made a huge save. In the 12th match minute, RO Army V55 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iosif Pantelatos to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the game, LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Patryk Lizewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Helmuth Duckadam made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Iosif Pantelatos kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandros Papakrivas during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A very good chance. Ziemowit Lipinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandros Papakrivas in the 30th minute of play. Helmuth Duckadam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patryk Lizewski in the 34th minute of the match. When Alexandros Papakrivas came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the RO Army V55 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandros Papakrivas couldn't finish the play. Alfred Bara's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Helmuth Duckadam skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexandros Papakrivas made a kick off. Alexandros Papakrivas hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Wawrzyniec Franzik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Helmuth Duckadam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Helmuth Duckadam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Mirowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. A collision led to RO Army V55 getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Pavlos Pantelakis hit a great ball. After 59 minutes, Alfred Bara made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. RO Army V55's Helmuth Duckadam tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Alfred Bara got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Alfred Bara kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 72 played minutes RO Army V55 got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Prodan. After 73 minutes, Sokratis Symeonakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RO Army V55 and the LKS Wasik Lidzbark players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to RO Army V55 getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Sokratis Symeonakis hit a great ball. Helmuth Duckadam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Bara in the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, RO Army V55's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Bara came free, but Helmuth Duckadam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helmuth Duckadam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Franzik, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. If Patryk Lizewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Zenon Andrychowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patryk Lizewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helmuth Duckadam having to interfere. RO Army V55's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
