Stuart Greenfields short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Radomir Japola to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 9 minutes, Jez Alcock made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Joga Bonito's Radomir Japola tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Stuart Greenfield who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Radomir Japola when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, Jez Alcock notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Joga Bonito's Radomir Japola. Radomir Japola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 27 played minutes Joga Bonito got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Wallach. Peter Pennant scored 4-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radomir Japola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Leicester Foxes Academy's Stuart Greenfield in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Joga Bonito's goalie prevented a goal. 35 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Radomir Japola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stuart Greenfield. In the 38th minute, Dean Niven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's Robert Chrzan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a little luck, Joga Bonito's Radomir Japola got control of the ball when Stuart Greenfield tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Joga Bonito's Wladyslaw Teofila got a free kick in the 48th minute. Peter Pennant recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stuart Greenfield made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jez Alcock in the 57th minute of play forced Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Radomir Japola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sylwester Andrychowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but 梅荣光 made a huge save. Zbyszko Dulas short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got 梅荣光 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leicester Foxes Academy made a substitution. Seth Bagshaw replaced Jez Alcock. In the 67th minute Zbyszko Dula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 梅荣光 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69thth minute of the game Stuart Greenfield who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Joga Bonito's Radomir Japola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Peter Pennant cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Radomir Japola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Radomir Japola came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Leicester Foxes Academy's Seth Bagshaw. But to his dismay, Seth Bagshaw quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stuart Greenfield in the 81st minute of play forced Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Radomir Japola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radomir Japola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seth Bagshaw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Pennant came free, but Radomir Japola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbyszko Dula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. 梅荣光 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
