Keylor Navas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Cangeopol in the 3rd minute of play. When Adrian Mutu came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrian Mutu couldn't finish the play. If Codruț Ferenț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, NECKER49's Panait Hațegan threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Romeo Hulberto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Romeo Hulberto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Panait Hațegan made a huge save. In the 19th minute, Lucas Baladi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Panait Hațegan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Ardiles, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Codruț Ferenț cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Keylor Navas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Panait Hațegan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Ardiles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Osvaldo Ardiles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Panait Hațegan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Remigio Astudillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Panait Hațegan made a huge save. 45 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Ardiles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Panait Hațegan. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldo Ardiles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mădălin Cangeopol to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Benedicto Cordarrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panait Hațegan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd match minute, Tractorul Satulung -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mugur Cenușă to maneuver through the defense. Panait Hațegan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Baladi, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. NECKER49 were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucas Baladi took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Benedicto Cordarrel heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. NECKER49's Bongky Dermawan was substituted for Romeo Hulberto. Keylor Navas made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Adrian Mutu sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute Tractorul Satulung -MM- were awarded a corner. Teodoro Gotzon went to the cornerflag to take it. If Bongky Dermawan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernesto Jorrin hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. NECKER49's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mădălin Cangeopol in the 74th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Mădălin Cangeopol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. When Ursus Martin came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ursus Martin couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceferino Estavan during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Tractorul Satulung -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heintje Gamarra to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Tractorul Satulung -MM- booed when NECKER49 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Sazon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mădălin Cangeopol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Keylor Navas made a huge save.
