The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jörgen Hansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Armani having to interfere. Clemente Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folke Flink, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bennvar Nikkinen in the 5th minute of play forced C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Clemente Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th match minute, C. A. Pipon Pipon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Colby Wheeler to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 7 minutes, Hannes Haegg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plan B's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hannes Haegg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 11 played minutes C. A. Pipon Pipon got a freekick which was hit by Colby Wheeler. When Hannes Haegg came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Plan B fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hannes Haegg couldn't finish the play. After 14 minutes of play, Plan B's Ulf Lundblad made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Armani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Michael Stipe hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Örjan Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kerry Lancaster, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The referee showed Jose José the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jose José got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute Folke Flink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Armani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Folke Flink's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute Bennvar Nikkinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Folke Flink hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, C. A. Pipon Pipon's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Flink came free, but Clemente Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
In the 52nd minute, Peter Buck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clemente Armani made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Jörgen Hansson sent off a good shot on target. Clemente Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Flink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bennvar Nikkinen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Clemente Armani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute of the match, Bennvar Nikkinen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Clemente Armani saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 70 minutes into the match, Raphael Houser notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Plan B's Örjan Andersson. Örjan Andersson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 77 minutes, Peter Buck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Plan B and the C. A. Pipon Pipon players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Plan B getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Peter Buck hit a great ball. In the 81st minute Folke Flink shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Clemente Armani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save C. A. Pipon Pipon from getting a goal against them. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Marcos Sewell hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Jörgen Hansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Plan B fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Clemente Armani came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Plan B's Bennvar Nikkinen. But to his dismay, Bennvar Nikkinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Clemente Armani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save C. A. Pipon Pipon from getting a goal against them. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Clemente Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Flink in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Plan B eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
