Greger Rosén kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Forever Tango's zone, Baudilio Andres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Corderro came out of the goal and Baudilio Andres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Sarracino Lastras proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Sarracino Lastras successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gustavo Peli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Sarracino Lastras made a huge save. Rodrigo Corderro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baudilio Andres in the 34th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Thomas Melse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sarracino Lastras. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thomas Melse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Forever Tango's Godofredo Harri got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Baudilio Andres made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's goalkeeper Sarracino Lastras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 52nd minute, Gustavo Peli had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 52 minutes into the game, 麦鹰义 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forever Tango the free kick. Forever Tango's Isaac Caitano was substituted for Gustavo Peli. In the 89th minute Blas Havier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sarracino Lastras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
