Pogoń Szczecin's Klement Plachetka got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Krzysztof Domamir made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Tomasz Falkowski sent off a good shot on target. Tomasz Dziedelonis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Plachetka in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, Pogoń Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoni Skaradoski to maneuver through the defense. Tomasz Dziedelonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Plachetka in the 20th minute of play. Pretoria Gostyń's Tomasz Dziedelonis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klement Plachetka in the 28th minute of play. Tomasz Dziedelonis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Klement Plachetka's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Pretoria Gostyń booed when Pogoń Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klement Plachetka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klement Plachetka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bartosz Majusiak kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Stefan Jarosz charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefan Jarosz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Stefan Jarosz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, Pretoria Gostyń's goal looked a bit too open when Klement Plachetka came free, but Tomasz Dziedelonis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 49 minutes Pretoria Gostyń's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andrzej Bentkowski who took care of the corner kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zygmunt Brytan made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zygmunt Brytan in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomasz Dziedelonis saved Pretoria Gostyń from getting behind. Zygmunt Brytan hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After 61 played minutes, Pretoria Gostyń's Bartlomiej Matela shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Krzysztof Domamir came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pretoria Gostyń reached it. Tomasz Dziedelonis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Plachetka in the 62nd minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Andrzej Bentkowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tomasz Dziedelonis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tomasz Dziedelonis made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Klement Plachetka sent off a good shot on target. Tomasz Dziedelonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klement Plachetka in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Brytan in the 76th minute of play forced Pretoria Gostyń's goalkeeper Tomasz Dziedelonis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Zygmunt Brytan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomasz Dziedelonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Klement Plachetka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Tomasz Dziedelonis made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaroslaw Ankiewicz in the 87th minute of play forced Pretoria Gostyń's goalkeeper Tomasz Dziedelonis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87thth minute of the game Zygmunt Brytan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pretoria Gostyń's Tomasz Dziedelonis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 89 minutes, Klement Plachetka mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pogoń Szczecin and the Pretoria Gostyń players grew even worse after the yellow card. Klement Plachetka hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Tomasz Dziedelonis came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Pogoń Szczecin's Klement Plachetka. But to his dismay, Klement Plachetka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.
