I.'s Jaime Menendo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 6th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. William Enebro hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match, Jaime Menendo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Obregón Busto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 11 minutes into the match, Ornopata's goalkeeper Obregón Busto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ermegildo Sotil. Obregón Busto made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ermegildo Sotil sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Nestor Chap kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Obregón Busto. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. Obregón Busto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nestor Chap went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Nestor Chap fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Obregón Busto having to interfere. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zuriko Bernaldo in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Lázaro Haitz notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Ornopata's Obregón Busto. Obregón Busto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute, Q. T. I.'s Nestor Chap dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. The supporters of Ornopata booed when Q. T. I. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Giraldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Obregón Busto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Haitz in the 35th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Lázaro Haitz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Obregón Busto, 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zuriko Bernaldo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. I.'s goal looked a bit too open when Yépez Abrea came free, but Paulo Txatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu got control of the ball when Zuriko Bernaldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Obregón Busto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Sotil in the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Ornopata getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Rogerio Logares hit a great ball. In the 67th minute of the match Pablo Perutxo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Obregón Busto skillfully saved the ball. After 68 minutes of play, Q. T. I.'s Jaime Menendo made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Obregón Busto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 72 minutes of play, Q. T. I.'s Ermegildo Sotil made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Obregón Busto was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu got control of the ball when Xosepe Iñigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Rogerio Logares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Q. T. I.'s Jaime Menendo got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Q. T. I. booed when Ornopata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sánchez Rajo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Q. T. I.'s goal looked a bit too open when Calle Inda came free, but Paulo Txatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Obregón Busto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Menendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
