In the 94th minute of the match, Jarvis Cormier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Martin Munter was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 95th minute, Cyryl Karpinski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Babür Tüzüner replaced Jarvis Cormier. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Boca Juniors had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
