When Gonzalo Canton fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taltum FC's protests and gave Gonzalo Canton a yellow card for diving instead. Gonzalo Canton kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. If Jens-Erik Stephansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Jens-Erik Stephansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ordóñez Cuesta was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Jens-Erik Stephansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Undertakers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens-Erik Stephansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ordóñez Cuesta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jens-Erik Stephansson came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Undertakers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Erik Stephansson couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute, Franklin Polo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jose-Antonio Fortuño to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Undertakers FC's Altino Lameirinhas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ordóñez Cuesta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Undertakers FC's Jerry Classon got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jens-Erik Stephansson scored 8-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ordóñez Cuesta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ordóñez Cuesta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jens-Erik Stephansson went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. 66 minutes into the match, Jens-Erik Stephansson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ordóñez Cuesta. Taltum FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens-Erik Stephansson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. After taking down the ball on Undertakers FC's corner Jerry Classon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ordóñez Cuesta quite easily take care of the ball. In the game's 72nd minute Undertakers FC's Jerry Classon took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Ordóñez Cuesta and thus the score was 11-0. 77 minutes into the match, Taltum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Classon came free, but Ordóñez Cuesta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Taltum FC defense, Jens-Erik Stephansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ordóñez Cuesta. The Taltum FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ordóñez Cuesta should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Altino Lameirinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Undertakers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Altino Lameirinhas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ordóñez Cuesta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Undertakers FC had played much better football throughout.
