The Ordóñez Cuesta was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ordóñez Cuesta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Erik Stephansson in the 8th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Xines Herriaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ordóñez Cuesta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Altino Lameirinhas's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Undertakers FC's Jerry Classon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ordóñez Cuesta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Undertakers FC's Jens-Erik Stephansson got a free kick in the 21st minute. Altino Lameirinhas charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Altino Lameirinhas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Undertakers FC's Altino Lameirinhas got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Altino Lameirinhas in the 26th minute of play forced Taltum FC's goalkeeper Ordóñez Cuesta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jerry Classon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Altino Lameirinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ordóñez Cuesta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Altino Lameirinhas in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ordóñez Cuesta saved Taltum FC from getting behind. The supporters of Undertakers FC booed when Taltum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Velarroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Altino Lameirinhas to make the kick off. Ordóñez Cuesta was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Altino Lameirinhas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Altino Lameirinhas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Altino Lameirinhas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Ordóñez Cuesta 61 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Altino Lameirinhas made a precise shot to the right of Ordóñez Cuesta. Taltum FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Erik Stephansson got free with Ordóñez Cuesta in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Jens-Erik Stephansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Undertakers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens-Erik Stephansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ordóñez Cuesta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jens-Erik Stephansson came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Undertakers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Erik Stephansson couldn't finish the play. Altino Lameirinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altino Lameirinhas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ordóñez Cuesta having to make a save. After some careless play in the Taltum FC defense, Jens-Erik Stephansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ordóñez Cuesta. The Taltum FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ordóñez Cuesta should have stopped the shot. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Jens-Erik Stephansson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Undertakers FC booed when Taltum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mellington Aniego didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Altino Lameirinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ricardo Velarroa hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Undertakers FC's Jerry Classon couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Taltum FC. Ordóñez Cuesta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Algren, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Taltum FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Undertakers FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
