In the 6th minute, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bogdan Bambas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxi Araujo in the 9th minute of play forced Cosa nostra Lyon's goalkeeper Ahmid Lamouroux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes of play, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Maxi Araujo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmid Lamouroux was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Bogdan Bambas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th match minute, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benth Vedelsgaard to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Bogdan Bambas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cosa nostra Lyon's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogdan Bambas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Elduayen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Federico Elduayen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erwann Patrice, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The audience was convinced that Bogdan Bambas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federico Elduayen was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogdan Bambas got free with Federico Elduayen in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Federico Elduayen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Bambas in the 43rd minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Maxi Araujo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maxi Araujo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Federico Elduayen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erwann Patrice, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Maxi Araujo made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Real de Carmelo 2021 FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Gabriel Heinze hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, Cosa nostra Lyon's Erwann Patrice sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Federico Elduayen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cosa nostra Lyon's Bogdan Bambas got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erwann Patrice fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Elduayen having to interfere. Cosa nostra Lyon made a substitution. Teofil Jarosiewicz replaced Hocine Barbey. 70 minutes into the match, Cosa nostra Lyon's goalkeeper Ahmid Lamouroux had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Larry Estoyanoff. Ahmid Lamouroux showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Larry Estoyanoff in the 72nd minute of the match. When Cosa nostra Lyon's Bogdan Bambas in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Cosa nostra Lyon's Ahmid Lamouroux got control of the ball when Fabián Canobbio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maxi Araujo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmid Lamouroux read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Adalberto Archibeque got a free kick in the 86th minute. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC made a substitution. Zacarias Guiles replaced Marcelo Tejera. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Teodosio Baul was substituted for Maxi Araujo. Cosa nostra Lyon's José Rivera was substituted for Bogdan Bambas. A collision led to Real de Carmelo 2021 FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Adalberto Archibeque hit a great ball. Cosa nostra Lyon's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erwann Patrice in the 93rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Erwann Patrice got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Federico Elduayen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
