In the 8th minute, Leonardo Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Gilesindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauan Rezende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Trancoso took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Gilesindo. Adrian Gilesindo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jeferson Mandrak struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Adrian Gilesindo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castanheiro SC. Kauan Rezende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Silverio Matthew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Anjullan AFC got a freekick which was hit by Andres Goiz. Francisco de Godoi hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After having played for 31 minutes, Silverio Matthew managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anjullan AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Matthew was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Etxahun in the 34th minute of play forced Castanheiro SC's goalkeeper Fernandão Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Castanheiro SC defense, Antonio Etxahun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernandão Penha. The Castanheiro SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernandão Penha should have stopped the shot. Leonardo Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrian Gilesindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 42 minutes Anjullan AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Célio Pena who took care of the corner kick. Castanheiro SC's Célio Pena was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Adrian Gilesindo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Anjullan AFC's Adrian Gilesindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Rezende in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Kauan Rezende made the kick off in the second half. Fernandão Penha came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Anjullan AFC's Silverio Matthew. But to his dismay, Silverio Matthew quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Fernandão Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Matthew, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After having played for 65 minutes, Silverio Matthew managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anjullan AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Matthew was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Matthew came free, but Fernandão Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Castanheiro SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Millrick was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 77 minutes into the match, Anjullan AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Mandrak came free, but Adrian Gilesindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Andres Goiz fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Anjullan AFC's protests and gave Andres Goiz a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes Anjullan AFC got a freekick which was hit by Andres Goiz. After 86 minutes of play, Anjullan AFC's Amancio Benat made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernandão Penha was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Amancio Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fernandão Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Benat in the 94th minute of the match. Anjullan AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
