The supporters of Tours Football Club booed when CD Suscal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xosepe Mella didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Willy Sauvestre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. CD Suscal's Sandro Asteguieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willy Sauvestre in the 56th minute of play. Tours Football Club's René Grégori managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Xosepe Mella in the 59 minute of the game. 60 minutes into the game, Willy Sauvestre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sandro Asteguieta. Maximiliano Carranza's late challenge caught a Tours Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 74th minute, Tours Football Club's Ibrahim Rault ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sandro Asteguieta. Sandro Asteguieta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Sandro Asteguieta was a little too slow when Ibrahim Rault got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-6. CD Suscal's Sandro Asteguieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ibrahim Rault in the 82nd minute of play. Ibrahim Rault received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sandro Asteguieta came out and tried to block the shot, but Ibrahim Rault slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 86th minute. If Christophe Régnault had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tours Football Club played a much better game than CD Suscal and deserved their victory. The CD Suscal players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
