After 7th play minutes Jens-Ove Molin shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Edelmiro Ticho and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 13th minute of the game Hugo Lucero made a throw-in which Celedonio Xabat played forward. The audience was convinced that Jens-Ove Molin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edelmiro Ticho was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SoS FC! When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Jens-Ove Molin put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Edelmiro Ticho. Osvald Uter hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Almeyra F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Molin came free, but Edelmiro Ticho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SoS FC's Mats Pettersson got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stig Bengtsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Natal in the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Fulgencio Natal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Almeyra F.C.! The referee gave SoS FC a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jens-Ove Molin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Almeyra F.C.'s Edelmiro Ticho. 1-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The wind increased when Mats Pettersson made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, SoS FC's Jens-Ove Molin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edelmiro Ticho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hugo Lucero made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SoS FC's Otero Raya. Anier Ortzi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ove Molin in the 63rd minute of play forced Almeyra F.C.'s goalkeeper Edelmiro Ticho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as SoS FC's Jens-Ove Molin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edelmiro Ticho. That made the score 1-7 after 80 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Ove Molin got free with Edelmiro Ticho in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bengt-Åke Dahlkvist's late challenge caught a Almeyra F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bengt-Åke Dahlkvist helped the player get up and apologised. Bengt-Åke Dahlkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Almeyra F.C.'s Fulgencio Natal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stig Bengtsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-7. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fulgencio Natal during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Almeyra F.C. getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Fulgencio Natal hit a great ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of SoS FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Almeyra F.C. side.
