Leeton United FC's Downing Mueller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Marquez in the 6th minute of play. After 7 minutes Leeton United FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zhou Cheng Chen who took care of the corner kick. The corner led SAPI FC's Zhou Cheng Chen to fire away a dangerous shot which Downing Mueller despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bawang Merah could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Downing Mueller made a huge save. Kent Allan made in the 13th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Carson Sobezak however managed to control. Leeton United FC's Downing Mueller proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Leeton United FC from getting a goal against them. Downing Mueller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bawang Merah in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bawang Merah in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Downing Mueller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leeton United FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Bawang Merah scored to the left of an out of position Downing Mueller, making the score, 2-0. 31 minutes into the game, Blade Pincini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leeton United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SAPI FC the free kick. Blade Pincini hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Hesky Latuihamalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anak Habib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blade Pincini, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Anak Habib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paz Gledden in the 36th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The wind increased when Paz Gledden made the kick off in the second half. Bawang Merah might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Downing Mueller. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bawang Merah ran back to his position shaking his head. Downing Mueller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bawang Merah in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Leeton United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bawang Merah came free, but Downing Mueller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Downing Mueller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bawang Merah in the 57th minute of the match. Bawang Merah took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Downing Mueller. Downing Mueller dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 68 minutes, Alex Delarge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SAPI FC and the Leeton United FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th minute, Alex Delarge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anak Habib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paz Gledden in the 74th minute of the match. Bawang Merah struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Downing Mueller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAPI FC. In a very dangerous position, a player in Leeton United FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! Bawang Merah might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Downing Mueller. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Downing Mueller made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Downing Mueller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bawang Merah, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. A sloppy throw-in by Benard Millar in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SAPI FC's Adalberto Marquez. After 97 played minutes Leeton United FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacob Baxter. Downing Mueller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bawang Merah, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. When the referee ended the match the SAPI FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
