The supporters of Navalito booed when Defensores de Lombroso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeo Laurgain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatán Cabello in the 7th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Ramon Bortzaioriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Cruz made in the 17th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Edi Cavani. The crowd rose to their feet as Pelle Haglund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juan Ignacio Grove. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. In the 24th minute, Lorencio Winter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 26th minute, when Defensores de Lombroso's Edi Cavani after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Juan Ignacio Grove in Navalito's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonatán Cabello in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tadeo Laurgain prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute, Jonatán Cabello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Navalito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Tadeo Laurgain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatán Cabello in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the game, Pelle Haglund recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Juan Ignacio Grove. Pelle Haglund showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. If Jonatán Cabello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 40th minute Jonatán Cabello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Laurgain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Navalito's goal looked a bit too open when Edi Cavani came free, but Juan Ignacio Grove reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Defensores de Lombroso were awarded a corner. Edi Cavani went to the cornerflag to take it. Edi Cavani made a great header on Defensores de Lombroso's corner, it was just that Navalito's Juan Ignacio Grove managed to reach the ball for a save. Navalito's Juan Ignacio Grove proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Navalito from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Loreno Acharan to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Leonardo Bidun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute, Jonatán Cabello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Leonardo Bidun made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Samuel Cruz immediately put the ball in play. If Jonatán Cabello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Loreno Acharan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Tadeo Laurgain skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Loreno Acharan came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tadeo Laurgain could save by the left post. Tadeo Laurgain didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Loreno Acharan went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Defensores de Lombroso's Tadeo Laurgain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatán Cabello in the 68th minute of play. Tadeo Laurgain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatán Cabello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonatán Cabello struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Tadeo Laurgain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Navalito. In the 74th match minute, Navalito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lokman Şömel to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Loreno Acharan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeo Laurgain. Defensores de Lombroso's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Loreno Acharan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. The audience was convinced that Pelle Haglund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Ignacio Grove was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 82nd match minute, Defensores de Lombroso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Cruz to maneuver through the defense. Ramon Edur charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramon Edur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tadeo Laurgain made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo José Carioca in the 89th minute. Waldir Guerra hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Navalito's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
