Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Teppo Kangasniemi got the match started through his kick off. Kostas Samoladas made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Tino Setälä sent off a good shot on target. Panthiseiakos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Koulis Psaridis in the 15th minute. It was a well-played corner which Antonis Papadimitriou managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Kostas Samoladas made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Olli-Pekka Kärnä sent off a good shot on target. If Olli-Pekka Kärnä had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Tino Setälä managed to get in a good position for a shot. Botvik FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tino Setälä was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kostas Samoladas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anestis Mavrakos kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd minute, Petros Zabetas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Panthiseiakos's zone, Olli-Pekka Kärnä stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kostas Samoladas came out of the goal and Olli-Pekka Kärnä tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Panthiseiakos's Koulis Psaridis got a free kick in the 55th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Teppo Kangasniemi got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 58 minutes into the match. Panthiseiakos's Kostas Samoladas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tino Setälä in the 61st minute of play. Petros Zabetas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jouni Läänelä having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, Botvik FC's Vihtori Kaivola tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Teuvo Niemelä left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Botvik FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 88th match minute, Panthiseiakos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manos Lazarakoglou to maneuver through the defense. Petros Zabetas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jouni Läänelä tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Panthiseiakos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
