Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Laurens Erenstein took the kick off in the first half of the match. Christian Kaspersen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute, Ton Kort ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Aage Eklund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 14th minute, Ted Borker made a precise shot to the right of Jan-Aage Eklund. Flogo FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 17th minute Ted Borker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Aage Eklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maraman Reitsma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Kaspersen in the 18th minute of play. Ted Borker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jan-Aage Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Borker in the 19th minute of the match. In the 23rdth minute of the game Ted Borker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flogo FF's Jan-Aage Eklund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Christian Kaspersen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flogo FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ágætis Byrjun the free kick. A collision led to Flogo FF getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Christian Kaspersen hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ton Kort in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Aage Eklund saved Flogo FF from getting behind. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Flogo FF! Jan-Aage Eklund had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Robert Folkers's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Laurens Erenstein kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Ted Borker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ágætis Byrjun's supporters rose to their feet, but Ted Borker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Aage Eklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan-Aage Eklund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ted Borker went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ted Borker in the 47th minute of play forced Flogo FF's goalkeeper Jan-Aage Eklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andreas Haugsdal made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Flogo FF's goalkeeper Jan-Aage Eklund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ted Borker. 58 minutes into the match, Ton Kort notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Flogo FF's Jan-Aage Eklund. Jan-Aage Eklund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Laurens Erenstein received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan-Aage Eklund came out and tried to block the shot, but Laurens Erenstein slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 62nd minute. Ted Borker did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Jan-Aage Eklund 66 minutes into the match. Ágætis Byrjun's Paul van Mol was substituted for Laurens Erenstein. In the 71st minute, Ted Borker made a precise shot to the right of Jan-Aage Eklund. Flogo FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Maraman Reitsma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ørjan Moen in the 78th minute of play. Flogo FF's Jan-Aage Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnout Boswijk in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Marc Plagge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ágætis Byrjun's Jaap Reitsma was substituted for Frits Steen. A collision led to Ágætis Byrjun getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Marc Plagge hit a great ball. Jan-Aage Eklund made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Ted Borker sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the game, Christian Butt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flogo FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ágætis Byrjun the free kick. Ágætis Byrjun's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
