After 24 minutes, Fernandinho Urbano made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Zlatan BK's Billy Pihl tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Corinthians's Edmílson Matorin got a free kick in the 35th minute. Herbert Löfskog charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herbert Löfskog the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edmílson Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Pihl having to interfere. With a little luck, Zlatan BK's Billy Pihl got control of the ball when Fernandinho Urbano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Romeu Souto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Hård, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aaron Fors to strike the kick off in the second half. Aaron Fors kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Billy Pihl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernandinho Urbano in the 57th minute of the match. Billy Pihl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fernandinho Urbano went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 68th minute, Kjell Grönberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 69 minutes, Vladimir Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corinthians's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimir Soares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Billy Pihl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandinho Urbano in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Emílio Marquez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Corinthians's Fernandinho Urbano in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zlatan BK's goalie prevented a goal. Hudson Sabóia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Billy Pihl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Corinthians's Romeu Souto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Botvidsson in the 82nd minute of play. Folke Hellbom might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Romeu Souto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Folke Hellbom ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Zlatan BK booed when Corinthians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimir Soares didn't get a good kick on the ball.
