Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jeffrey Yoshioka started the match with the kick off. Set Fire were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after ForestFire's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wladyslaw Brudzisz took the corner. 7 minutes into the match, Set Fire's goalkeeper Delmiro Rosalio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eddy Amos. Delmiro Rosalio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lane Martinez, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 10 played minutes ForestFire got a freekick which was hit by Sal Chamberlain. Reed Molina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Scirea in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duncan Nichols in the 14th minute of play forced Set Fire's goalkeeper Delmiro Rosalio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Set Fire's Fedele Scirea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reed Molina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 26th minute Fedele Scirea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reed Molina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reed Molina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Scirea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Set Fire's Fedele Scirea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reed Molina made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. ForestFire's Edgardo Courtney got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Sal Chamberlain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reed Molina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Scirea in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Fedele Scirea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Reed Molina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 42 played minutes Set Fire got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Dziura. Phil Greene kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Reed Molina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedele Scirea, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fedele Scirea to make the kick off. Sal Chamberlain hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Lane Martinez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Delmiro Rosalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Dziura's late challenge caught a ForestFire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Dziura helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, Daniel Dziura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Magno Jaka Jamba fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Set Fire's protests and gave Magno Jaka Jamba a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Set Fire's Magno Jaka Jamba got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 73rd minute Duncan Nichols shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Rosalio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmiro Rosalio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lamar Knapp in the 74th minute of play. ForestFire's attentive Eddy Amos managed to snatch the ball when Fedele Scirea made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. In the 77thth minute of the game Edgardo Courtney who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Set Fire's Delmiro Rosalio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Magno Jaka Jamba struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Reed Molina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Set Fire. Edgardo Courtney scored 1-3 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Delmiro Rosalio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Courtney in the 84th minute of play forced Set Fire's goalkeeper Delmiro Rosalio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reed Molina came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Set Fire's Fedele Scirea. But to his dismay, Fedele Scirea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. 90 minutes into the match, ForestFire's goalkeeper Reed Molina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fedele Scirea. Curtis Hunter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Delmiro Rosalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Set Fire supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Set Fire would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
