If Silvestre Marcones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the game, SuperDepor's Iordache Arșanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Tristan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelian Fundătoreanu in the 11th minute of play forced Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Aurelio Tristan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Agustin Elija hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Elvio Ariando got a free kick in the 17th minute. Alex Crâșmaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Lobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manole Ipate kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Agustin Elija could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Alex Crâșmaru made a huge save. In the 24th minute Aurelian Fundătoreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Tristan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aurelian Fundătoreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Iordache Arșanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Tristan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Aurelian Fundătoreanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Aurelio Tristan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aurelian Fundătoreanu scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelio Tristan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aurelio Tristan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelian Fundătoreanu in the 41st minute of play.
The wind increased when Iordache Arșanu made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Buffone in the 51st minute of play forced SuperDepor's goalkeeper Alex Crâșmaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute, Manole Ipate left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SuperDepor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s zone, Victor Iorda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Tristan came out of the goal and Victor Iorda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 57 played minutes Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Ariando. Aurelian Fundătoreanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Aurelio Tristan made a huge save. In the 64th minute, Iordache Arșanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aurelio Tristan. The goal made the score 0-5. 70 minutes into the match, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Aurelio Tristan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Iorda. The crowd rose to their feet as Aurelian Fundătoreanu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aurelio Tristan. That made the score 0-6 in the 71 minute of play. Camilo Palben kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Aurelio Tristan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordache Arșanu in the 79th minute of play. Iordache Arșanu struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Aurelio Tristan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SuperDepor. In the 83rd minute, Iordache Arșanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s zone, Victor Iorda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Tristan came out of the goal and Victor Iorda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurelio Tristan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Iorda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on SuperDepor's corner Petru Ghiciușca fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aurelio Tristan quite easily take care of the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Iordache Arșanu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aurelio Tristan. Iordache Arșanu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Aurelio Tristan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Arșanu in the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded SuperDepor left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥.
