In the 15th match minute, Juniors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Baleren to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute Waldemar Banaszak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fritz Bållström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Sannegården BK got a freekick which was hit by Andréas Kleen. Juniors FC's Leonardo Gartzea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Juniors FC from getting a goal against them. Ricardo Baleren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fritz Bållström having to interfere. The supporters of Juniors FC booed when Sannegården BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Blomqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute, József Matolcsy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fritz Bållström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 40 minutes of play, Juniors FC's Ricardo Baleren made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fritz Bållström was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Juniors FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when József Matolcsy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sannegården BK's Fritz Bållström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Sannegården BK from getting a goal against them. Fritz Bållström didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 55th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Ricardo Baleren kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. József Matolcsy was extremely unlucky when he, in the 60th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 62nd minute of the match, József Matolcsy got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fritz Bållström was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 63 minutes, Ricardo Baleren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juniors FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Baleren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. József Matolcsy succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 65th playminute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bengt-Rune Stabbe during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Michael Blomqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michael Blomqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 70 played minutes Sannegården BK got a freekick which was hit by Michael Blomqvist. Juniors FC's Leonardo Gartzea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie Öfverman in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of Sannegården BK booed when Juniors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Iliana didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Juniors FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
