Salim Adas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Bolaños, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Christovao Haces was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Romeo Urtungo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Romeo Urtungo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Laffitte Camino hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the game, Juan-Carlos Otero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Boedo Vengo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Juan-Carlos Otero got a free kick in the 10th minute. Christovao Haces made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Urtungo in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Romeo Urtungo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Christovao Haces was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Christovao Haces took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gino Custódio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Lalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Christovao Haces made a huge save. After having played for 23 minutes, Fulgencio Lalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Boedo Vengo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulgencio Lalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christovao Haces showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gino Custódio, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Teobaldo Fertus charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teobaldo Fertus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Teobaldo Fertus hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Angelo Elvira got a free kick in the 26th minute. Yu Yao hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Salim Adas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manex Pajazo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Salim Adas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The De Boedo Vengo fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when De Boedo Vengo's Gino Custódio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gino Custódio to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Lalla in the 51st minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Christovao Haces to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Christovao Haces played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Lalla in the 54th minute of play. Romeo Urtungo took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christovao Haces. Christovao Haces dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After some careless play in the De Boedo Vengo defense, Blas Bolaños kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Salim Adas. The De Boedo Vengo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Salim Adas should have stopped the shot. A throw-in in the 67th minute of the game was made by Valentin Jaunzuria with Teobaldo Fertus as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 70th minute Fulgencio Lalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christovao Haces saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Club Dep. Soc. Rodo getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Juan-Carlos Otero hit a great ball. Salim Adas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Bolaños in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Romeo Urtungo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gino Custódio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christovao Haces having to interfere. After 81 minutes, Gonchan Marisancena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo and the De Boedo Vengo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of De Boedo Vengo booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonchan Marisancena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulgencio Lalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Club Dep. Soc. Rodo getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Blas Bolaños hit a great ball. Christovao Haces took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Urtungo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christovao Haces showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino Custódio in the 92nd minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the De Boedo Vengo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
