Angelo Elvira charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Elvira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Unidad de Matanza booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Elvira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
