When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Anak Junior sped through Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benedicto Elodio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anak Junior in the 44th minute of play forced Elohay Elohim אלוהי אלוה's goalkeeper Benedicto Elodio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedicto Elodio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anak Junior in the 47th minute of play. Enrique Hrabina hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half C A U were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anak Junior stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, C A U's Anak Junior nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benedicto Elodio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 58th minute, Anak Junior got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
