With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Ferdinand in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sertel Adıvar saved Poppy FC from getting behind. In the 11th minute, Abel Ferdinand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abel Ferdinand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Sertel Adıvar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Deportivo Tachito's Felipe Dabi got control of the ball when Qu Ling Lin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Abel Ferdinand's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sertel Adıvar was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Remi Schoenmaekers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sertel Adıvar having to interfere. Deportivo Tachito's Felipe Dabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steevy Cheret in the 32nd minute of play. Sertel Adıvar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Ferdinand in the 42nd minute of play. Deportivo Tachito's Felipe Dabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qu Ling Lin in the 43rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Deportivo Tachito defense, Dylon Chadwick kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felipe Dabi. The Deportivo Tachito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felipe Dabi should have stopped the shot. Abel Ferdinand might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sertel Adıvar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Ferdinand ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Ferdinand made a kick off. Manuel Bilintx might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sertel Adıvar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manuel Bilintx ran back to his position shaking his head. Qu Ling Lin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Felipe Dabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Deportivo Tachito's Sertel Adıvar threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abel Ferdinand, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Manuel Bilintx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Sertel Adıvar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute Qu Ling Lin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Dabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 70 minutes, Remi Schoenmaekers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Tachito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remi Schoenmaekers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Qu Ling Lin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Felipe Dabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Abel Ferdinand's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sertel Adıvar was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Ahmet Nafiz Seri charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Nafiz Seri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abel Ferdinand's shot from long distance in the 79th minute was not bad at all, but Poppy FC's Sertel Adıvar knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Poppy FC's Qu Ling Lin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Deportivo Tachito. Abel Ferdinand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abel Ferdinand's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sertel Adıvar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Manuel Bilintx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sertel Adıvar having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, Deportivo Tachito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Amato to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Poppy FC's zone, Manuel Bilintx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sertel Adıvar came out of the goal and Manuel Bilintx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Deportivo Tachito eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
