When Cléber Azevedo fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's protests and gave Cléber Azevedo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cléber Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Cléber Azevedo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luís Maia, 2-0. Luís Maia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Kane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilmar de Brito was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 25th minute. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harry Kane in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Maia saved PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ from getting behind. If Cléber Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Manuel Mendonça hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Doni Vides tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Narciso Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Luís Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cléber Azevedo in the 35th minute of the match. Luís Maia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cléber Azevedo in the 35th minute of play. Gilson Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Sílvio Luís Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Maia came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Cléber Azevedo. But to his dismay, Cléber Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 49 minutes, Cacá Nascimento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ and the ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Cacá Nascimento got a free kick in the 49th minute. Cacá Bittencourt hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Harry Kane to strike the kick off in the second half. Dino Pontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Maia having to interfere. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Cléber Azevedo sped through PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luís Maia. After a rather tough play, PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Elder Guedes got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The audience cheered when Doni Vides's long shot passed Luís Maia's right side. It was 6-0, 63 minutes into the match. When Dino Pontes came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Pontes couldn't finish the play. After 67 played minutes PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Elder Guedes. Luís Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Pontes in the 75th minute of the match. Thiago Alcântara lost his temper 76 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 75 minutes into the game, one of PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Doni Vides, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Luís Maia. 7-0. A collision led to PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Claudinei Sá hit a great ball. Gilson Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Luís Maia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cléber Azevedo in the 86th minute of play. Luís Maia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cléber Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Luís Maia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Pontes in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléber Azevedo in the 95th minute of play forced PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's goalkeeper Luís Maia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Maia came out of the goal in the 99th minute to try and stop a shot by ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ's Harry Kane. But to his dismay, Harry Kane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ǺŁвǺтяØƶ - ƒรCмƶ had played much better football throughout.
