The ...Pingue S.C.... fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Estevam Gavilanes should have stopped the shot. Estevam Gavilanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guilherme Souza in the 10th minute of the match. In the 13thth minute of the game Guilherme Souza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ...Pingue S.C....'s Estevam Gavilanes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vítor Saraiva made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Klevis Selvia sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd minute, Guilherme Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Estevam Gavilanes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 25th minute Lobo Guará shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Estevam Gavilanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Estevam Gavilanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guilherme Souza in the 26th minute of the match. Vítor Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Gavilanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 33rd minute, Cesinha Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Estevam Gavilanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilherme Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th match minute, ...Pingue S.C.... was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moreta Bernia to maneuver through the defense. Guilherme Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Estevam Gavilanes having to interfere. If Moreta Bernia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

51 minutes into the match, Imbituba - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Gavilanes came free, but Vítor Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vítor Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moreta Bernia in the 52nd minute of play. Vítor Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klevis Selvia, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 62nd minute, Guilherme Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the game, Lobo Guará recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Estevam Gavilanes. Lobo Guará showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Mathæus Gavilanes kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Estevam Gavilanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesinha Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 88 minutes, Mané Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Imbituba - FSCMZ and the ...Pingue S.C.... players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Mané Rocha. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Vítor Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moreta Bernia in the 94th minute of play.
