Rot-Weiss-Essen's Uwe Ziege played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Tono in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Dolar Blue Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Elmar Assing came free, but Tobias Incendio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
