Marcus Klint was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 17th minute Lennart Abrahamsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lukács Fabiański saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukács Fabiański showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Olof Hedling in the 19th minute of the match. Lukács Fabiański didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan-Olof Hedling went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. A sloppy throw-in by Fred Kilstedt in the 21st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vännäsby BF's Cai Liang Guo. Marcus Klint made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Dancer in the 23rd minute of play. Gogo Dancer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Marcus Klint tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fred Kilstedt got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Nils-Erik Bengtsson. Team Rocco's Marcus Klint proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Team Rocco from getting a goal against them. Gogo Dancer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Klint read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Fred Kilstedt in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vännäsby BF's Staffan Bivall. 35 minutes into the match, Lennart Abrahamsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lukács Fabiański. Vännäsby BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lennart Abrahamsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Gogo Dancers short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Marcus Klint to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vännäsby BF's goalkeeper Lukács Fabiański, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gogo Dancer made a kick off. When Gogo Dancer came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Vännäsby BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gogo Dancer couldn't finish the play. Fred Kilstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 59th minute Vännäsby BF were awarded a corner. Staffan Bivall went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Vännäsby BF's Staffan Bivall to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcus Klint despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Team Rocco's goalkeeper Marcus Klint, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gogo Dancer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Klint having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Abrahamsson in the 68th minute of play forced Vännäsby BF's goalkeeper Lukács Fabiański to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Vännäsby BF fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Vännäsby BF's Gogo Dancer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 81st minute Vännäsby BF were awarded a corner. Staffan Bivall went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Staffan Bivall almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Team Rocco's Marcus Klint did a great save. The corner led Vännäsby BF's Staffan Bivall to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcus Klint despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Marcus Klint came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Vännäsby BF's Gogo Dancer. But to his dismay, Gogo Dancer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 90th minute of the match Vännäsby BF got a corner. Team Rocco's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Staffan Bivall ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gogo Dancer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Magnus Karlsson made a precise shot to the right of Marcus Klint. Team Rocco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vännäsby BF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Team Rocco had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
