With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbyszko Makarewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Przemyslaw Czerniejewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Sahala Ginting tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Gdansk36's Beniamin Winszman got a free kick in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Syafruddin in the 18th minute of play forced FC Gdansk36's goalkeeper Zbyszko Makarewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Syafruddin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sahala Ginting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Kozlowski in the 24th minute of play. Yanto Chaniago struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Zbyszko Makarewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bestone 716 - Jakarta. FC Gdansk36's Zbyszko Makarewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Syafruddin in the 29th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Gdansk36 defense, Mario Syafruddin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zbyszko Makarewicz. The FC Gdansk36 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zbyszko Makarewicz should have stopped the shot. After 34 minutes, Nasrul Sanusi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bestone 716 - Jakarta and the FC Gdansk36 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th match minute, Bestone 716 - Jakarta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nasrul Sanusi to maneuver through the defense. Despite this Zbyszko Makarewicz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 45th minute of the match Bestone 716 - Jakarta got a corner. FC Gdansk36's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nana Arwana ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Nana Arwana to fire away a dangerous shot which Zbyszko Makarewicz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sahala Ginting didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piotr Kozlowski went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Gilbert Hudaya got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Chairil Birowo fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bestone 716 - Jakarta's protests and gave Chairil Birowo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Chairil Birowo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Piotr Kozlowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sahala Ginting was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piotr Kozlowski got free with Sahala Ginting in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Gilbert Hudaya got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71stth minute of the game Mario Syafruddin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Gdansk36's Zbyszko Makarewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Bestone 716 - Jakarta booed when FC Gdansk36 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beniamin Winszman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Piotr Kozlowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sahala Ginting. That made the score 1-4 in the 95 minute of play. The FC Gdansk36 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
