The supporters of The Old Boys booed when FC Gdansk36 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piotr Kozlowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairo Lizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vinicio Bidari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Przemyslaw Czerniejewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santa Luis in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbyszko Makarewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Santa Luis, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 9 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Zbyszko Makarewicz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piotr Kozlowski got free with Vinicio Bidari in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Santa Luis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zbyszko Makarewicz was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 24 minutes into the game, FC Gdansk36's Przemyslaw Czerniejewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vinicio Bidari made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 27th minute, FC Gdansk36's Piotr Kozlowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vinicio Bidari. Zbyszko Makarewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jairo Lizar's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Benjamin Rutenio hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.
