An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Naldo in the 38th minute of play forced DARAS's goalkeeper Sandro Ormea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes, Ildefonso Frascuelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DARAS and the Madison players grew even worse after the yellow card. Toni Nenchev scored 0-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severiano Rafe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sandro Ormea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Naldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sandro Ormea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benito Naldo went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. DARAS's Biagio Pantano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Domingo Vedillo in the 88 minute of the game. Sandro Ormea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Uzuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Madison lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
