DARAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Madison the free kick. A collision led to DARAS getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Dobrin Mishev hit a great ball. In the 5th minute Faustino Avellaneda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Ormea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 6 minutes, Humberto Eliu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Madison's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Eliu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bayındır Seyfullah fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DARAS's protests and gave Bayındır Seyfullah a yellow card for diving instead. Bayındır Seyfullah kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Benito Naldo kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Benito Naldo sped through DARAS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sandro Ormea. Anacleto Lawrence lost his temper 15 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Madison fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! Biagio Pantano walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. During the 18th minute of the match Bayındır Seyfullah completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bayındır Seyfullah a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Sandro Ormea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Uzuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Hernan Uzuri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sandro Ormea. DARAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hernan Uzuri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Humberto Eliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Ormea having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Brahim Boutabout hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in DARAS's zone, Camilo Peru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandro Ormea came out of the goal and Camilo Peru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sandro Ormea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. If Humberto Eliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Madison's Hernan Uzuri managed to work through DARAS's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Hernan Uzuri dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Humberto Eliu scored 0-3 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sandro Ormea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Sandro Ormea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Uzuri in the 55th minute of the match. Severiano Rafe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Nenchev, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Toni Nenchev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severiano Rafe. Madison's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toni Nenchev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 61 minutes into the match, Madison's Faustino Avellaneda broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hernan Uzuri struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Sandro Ormea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Madison. DARAS's Sandro Ormea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Eliu in the 66th minute of play. DARAS made a substitution. Dilyan Mrúnkov replaced Ildefonso Frascuelo. After 72 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Biagio Pantano. Marc Apelkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Sandro Ormea made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Faustino Avellaneda sent off a good shot on target. 79 minutes into the match, Madison's Humberto Eliu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandro Ormea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. DARAS's Biagio Pantano quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Camilo Peru, made in the 90th minute of the game. Humberto Eliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandro Ormea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Uzuri in the 99th minute of play. When the match was over Madison could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than DARAS throughout the match.
